What We Do
The firm prides itself in a variety of designs from residential and commercial developments just to mention a few. We have handled projects like; the Solomon Gates which is a gated residential unit, M.P.C church, CTM tiles show rooms both in Mombasa and Nairobi, high end beach suits apartments like Pa-Pweza, Pangoni and currently in the process of completing Shaza Beach which is the jewel of its kind. Other major projects include: Royal Beach Apartments, Milele luxurious Apartments, Eden Beach Apartments and spa and Hill Park Tiwi Beach Resort. Pangoni was awarded the best Architectural design in Africa by AREHF IN 2012.
Currently we are on concept design for Palm Extojca tower in collaboration with Meta/Arch.
This will be a landmark project on Watamu Beach on the Kenyan Coast. The Project is a sixty story development mixed use with rental, shopping center offices, executives, hotel rooms, residential suits and executive apartments.
We believe that each project is an opportunity to explore new grounds and test new ideas in terms of space arrangements, façade designs, materials and technology. As a team we believe that in architecture, there must be enjoyment so that there is pleasure for the client at the end of the day and after a completion of a project, we want a friend not somebody who is disgruntled.
